Step into Snowdrift Peak 203, a spacious mountain rustic two bedroom condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your huge deck, while taking in the brilliant night skies. Enter into the family/TV room featuring a Queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Walk down the hall to the wet bar, powder room, well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living room. Off of the living room is a spacious deck with panoramic mountain and lake views. You'll find a private, stacked washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower. The Master suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Snowdrift Peak 203 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with two Window Air Conditioning units, one in the kitchen/living room and one in the entry/family room. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
