This unique duplex home boasts a LARGE fenced in yard for kids to play in without a worry, a nice patio with an outdoor shower and a fire pit, and views of the water from the second floor expansive deck. PLUS plenty of parking for up to 8 cars! You also won't have to worry about finding parking at the beach, it is located on Nubble Road close to the Short Sands Beach, downtown, and Long Sands Beach are a short leisurely 5-8 minute walk from the house!

This duplex is perfect for multiple families vacationing together or family reunions! EACH FLOOR features a large kitchen with open concept dining and living area that keeps cozy at night with an electric fireplace, a washer and dryer, two FULL bathrooms, and plenty of beds. With both of the fully furnished outdoor spaces, (including a Weber grill), we have a feeling you won't be spending much time inside! But, should you get any rainy days during your stay, each floor is equipped with CENTRAL A/C, heat, WIFI, a flat screen HDTV with a DVD/VCR player and stocked with movies, and plenty of fun board games.

Unbelievable!

Such an amazing property and location! The house is situated perfectly between nubble light house and Long Beach. The outdoor decks and yard, and fire pit are perfect for a family bbq. The inside is very spacious and has a lot of stocked things you might need while vacationing in the area! Can’t wait to book again!

Very special place for a very special occassion

Amazing home in a super location. Extremely clean, open and accessible. We were celebrating my Father's 80th birthday and had family from 8 to 80 all of which were able to be accommodated effortlessly. Every aspect of the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully accommodating home!

Our family all united here on Nubble Road in this beautiful duplex. There were 19 of us that enjoyed the cool, sunny weather on the large deck with ocean views, early evening we gathered around the fire pit and had somemores. The eight well appointed bedrooms were more than adequate as well as the two bathrooms on each floor. We ate most of our meals on the first level with the exception of breakfasts. We walked the short walk to Long Sands, Short Sands, and the Nubble on different occasions. Lovely place or a large family.
