This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The beachfront location is absolutely beautiful, and the unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Heidi is incredibly attentive and made my birthday stay even more special by surprising me with a sweet treat—such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! We also loved being so close to great shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. It truly feels like the perfect beach getaway, and the fact that we chose to return says it all. We had another amazing stay and will definitely be back again!

Absolute gem! I loved the location, not as touristy and the beach was beautiful! Heidi was an amazing host and helped with great recommendations on food and any questions we had. My mother, myself and my two kids (18 months and 3.5 year old) stayed comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Thank you

Great place and on beach

It had what we needed. Full kitchen, bath, queen bed. Was in the beach with a pull. I just had a quick stay and it worked out perfect.

Mother Daughter get away.

Perfect. Perfect for 1-3 people. Lots of kids stuff in the room. Beautiful view. Plenty of local restaurants close by.

Great Stay

Heidi was an absolute sweetheart! She was so hospitable and surprised my husband and I with sweets treats for our birthday. She responded quickly to any of our needs and really made our stay special. The place was perfect for my husband, two children (2,4) and myself. We absolutely loved being so close to the pool and the beach, made everything so easy especially with two children. Location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Cleanliness was top notch. We had everything we needed for the house and the beach. It was soooooooo convenient be able to walk straight out to the beach and the shower to rinse off sand was great. The place was a bit smaller as I thought it was a 1 bedroom, but that is my fault for not reading the listing fully. The convenience to Anna Maria Island and Siesta was perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I’ve never done a VRBO or “The other company” before so I may have ruined it for myself because Heid the hostess/owner is the best. I was blown away by her willingness to ensure my stay was great. I was with my mom who’s a little older at 83 but we love the beach. The unit was adorable and clean and very well equipped. Our hostesses even sent a lovely treat the first morning we were there. Just lovely. Thank you Heidi for making our first venture into vacation rentals by owners beyond enjoyable.

Beautiful and cozy -- perfect for 2!

After searching among dozens of beachfront stays, we found Heidi's condo. We're so happy that we did! It was perfect for my 12 year old son and me. Although it fits 4 people, it would've fit a little too tight with more people for a longer stay. The condo had everything the 2 of us needed for cooking, sleeping, and enjoying the beach. We literally had the beach outside our door step. Heidi, the host, was an outstanding communicator and paid attention to all the little details that made our stay special. Between the beautiful location, cleanliness, and excellent host, we'll definitely try to stay here again!

Raised the bar

HEIDI IS A GOD SENT!!!! Now that I have gotten that out of the way, let me talk about the unit...I could not have been any happier with this stay and this owner. Everything was spotless, super convenient to the beach and the restaurants, and we had everything you needed. My husband and I are big toast eaters in the morning, and even though there wasn't one available in the unit, Heidi ordered one and had it delivered to me the next day!!! Who does that!?? Sadly, my stay was cut short because of the awful hurricane Helene, but in the end, it all worked out because I ended up having a family emergency. Heidi had thought of every detail and had yummy coconut treats when we 1st arrived and then an AMAZING key lime pie! I'm not too fond of key lime pie, but this one was super yummy, and I had to fight my husband so he wouldn't eat it all, lol. By the end of my 4th day there, when I had to pack it all up and leave because of evacuations, I felt like this little piece of heaven was my 2nd home and Heidi was my friend! I am devastated to see what Helene has done, and I thank God that this unit was not damaged; nothing will keep me from returning to this paradise when things return to normal! I have been renting units through various companies, for many years, and Heidi has now set that bar way high for all other future owners. Thank you, Heidi, from the bottom of my heart, for making us feel like this was home away from home, and no doubt that you will hear from me again <3
