About this property

This is one of the few historic cape cod 50's bungalows left in the area.
It has been updated to accommodate the 21st century with necessary amenities but we have preferred to keep it "cape cod" as opposed to turning into a "McMansion"
It's a great space for families as there is ample space for different activities to be going on inside and out with lots of space for cooking and entertaining .
We are surrounded by nature and wildlife. It's peaceful, quiet and dark-even in the summertime, making it the perfect spot to decompress.

Fabulous stay at the Cape

We booked a long weekend at the Cape in late September and picked this house because of its proximity to Falmouth and to the local beach. When we arrived, the property completely surpassed our expectations. The house is lovingly maintained with many personal touches and thoughtful details. The location cannot be better, within walking distance to restaurants and just a hop and a skip from the beach. We rode our bikes, played on the beach, ate out and cooked food at the house for a truly rejuvenating long weekend with the kids.

Fall Family Vacation

This house was great for my wife and I with our 2 adult daughters. Plenty of room. Close to the ferrys, downtown Falmouth, and anything else we wanted to do.

Wonderful home in the perfect location!

The property is steps from beach, walked to downtown Falmouth shops, restaurants and near mini golf as well and the bike path to woods hole. Interesting interior design, clean, lots of space and awesome upstairs deck! Would not hesitate to reserve a stay at this home again!
