The backyard is the heart of The Palms.



Step outside to a private, fully fenced tropical retreat featuring your own swimming pool, covered patio, comfortable outdoor seating and propane BBQ grill.



Start the morning outside with coffee, cool off in the pool after the beach, spend the afternoon relaxing by the water, or gather under the covered patio in the evening and enjoy the South Florida weather.



Pool heating is available upon request. A nightly fee applies.



Beach and pool towels are provided, so you can pack lighter and spend more time enjoying the water.

• Minimum age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

• Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Parties and events: Not permitted.

• Local residents: Bookings from local residents are not accepted.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

• Parking: Up to three vehicles in the private driveway. No street parking.

• Smoking and vaping: Not permitted inside the home. If smoking outside, please keep doors and windows closed.

• Pool safety: Children must be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas at all times.
