The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful views from the balcony. Very quiet neighborhood, but still just a short drive to downtown.
Stayed here with my family for the Ironman and was so close to everything but also felt tucked away. Beautiful porch with beautiful views. Wonderful common space as well
Beautiful home in a great location, easily walkable to Mirror Lake. Each bedroom having its’ own bathroom was an added plus. Kitchen was very well equipped. Kevin was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions. Our group had a fantastic week and we’d all recommend this house if you’re looking to stay in Lake Placid.
Very clean, charming decor, amazing views, great set up for group ski trip with private bed/bathrooms, great common space, inviting fireplace and hot tub.
We had a wonderful stay at the Birches! The kids loved sleeping in the lofts, and the adults loved the balconies and common areas. The house had everything we needed in terms of cookware and basic supplies. Convenient location, just minutes from downtown and all major attractions. Our host was super responsive to texts too. Thank you so much!

Our large family of twelve people just spent a week at this house. Everything was great, especially the location! We are an opinionated bunch and had no complaints.
Our week stay at the Birches was tremendous. The property is clean and well maintained with great amenities. Kevin is very easy to work with and responsive to any question. The check in and check out process very easy. Our family had a great time and plan to book again for a vacation next year.
