My wife and I are from Minnesota, but now are Carmel residents. We live here October-May, and want others to enjoy this beautiful place when we aren't here.
Why they chose this property
The Carmel Point neighborhood is the best in Carmel! It's walking distance to downtown but there is little traffic. Just a half block to the beach! Point Lobos and the Carmel River Beach fill the view from the front patio.
What makes this property unique
Since we live here, the house has the amenities we like, and is maintained and updated regularly.
