This house was perfect for us - a family of 5. It was right on the beach with a beautiful porch to sit and listen to the ocean. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great stay at The Kooler. The daytime beach views were amazing and even better at night for star gazing. We saw several shooting stars! The house was very clean and cozy; a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or for a family with kids. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome beach house!

We loved it here at “The Kooler”! Perfect space for our family of four. The house is very clean and the view is beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed several things about this home. The ocean view from the living room is beautiful, the house makes very good use of the space, and the décor is cute and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped, the king bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and the washer and dryer were very nice. The furniture showed some wear but was still comfortable.Our biggest concern was what appeared to be deferred maintenance on the oceanfront deck and exterior. Several areas of the railing felt loose, some of the wood and attachment points were deteriorated or splitting, and a number of deck boards flexed more than we were comfortable with. We also encountered raised or rusted fasteners, and my husband ended up with a splinter and stepped on one. In our opinion, the deck needs attention for safety, particularly for families with children or anyone who may have balance or mobility concerns.It is also worth noting that although the home is oceanfront, there is no direct access from the deck to the beach. You have to leave the property and use the public beach access next door. The access is very close, so it was not a major inconvenience for us, but it is something future guests may want to know ahead of time.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved being right on the ocean. The inside of the home was comfortable, functional, and well-appointed. Addressing the deferred maintenance on the deck and exterior would make this an even better rental.

This is the CUTEST cottage! I could tell there had been upgrades to this property. The quality of materials used (incredible closets, cabinetry, etc.) was more than evident. The location was fantastic. Even though mother nature was being difficult during our stay (hurricane off the coast). Loved it!!

Great beach weekend trip

House was located directly on the beach as advertised. Interior was decorated well and was super cozy. House was clean and everything worked, no issues. Spectacular beach view and super convenient beach access. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

A Nice Relaxing Place to Stay

This place is right on the beach. The best part is that it isn't one of those buildings with three or more floors. It's got one floor for guests that are staying there. It has two bedrooms--one with a king and the other with a large bed and two bunk beds. The A/C works great, the living room is spacious, and the balcony provides a great uninterrupted view of the beach. To get to the beach takes about one or two minutes--the walkway is adjacent to the house. Nice place.
