WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Massive waterfront lot with southern exposure & amazing views. Extremely private location & very spacious residence with a sprawling layout. A total of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, & 5697 interior sq/ft situated on a 19,000 sq/ft corner lot! Open living space with water views the moment you enter the property. Kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, & a walk in pantry. Large covered patio & pool with separate jacuzzi. All bedrooms have cable TV and blackout blinds. Two bedrooms function as studios with seating areas & one features a kitchenette. Tons of nature including fish, birds, & manatees. Fishing is permitted. Cul-de-sac location just minutes from the Aventura Mall, The Brightline, & all major highways. Walking distance to many places of worship.

GUEST ACCESS:
The 6th bedroom upstairs with the 2 twin beds does not have a door for privacy when entering from the stairs in the game room. The bathroom has a privacy door.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No events or parties permitted. No pets allowed.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

The house was great for a large group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We mostly were outside since the house has a terrific patio and pool area. The property manager for was easy to get in touch with and was able to quickly assist us with anything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful and spacious property for a family gathering. The backyard was set up perfectly with a heated pool, hot tub, pool toys, and ping pong table for entertainment. The fishing at the back of the property was an added bonus. We caught and released fishes, turtles, and crabs. And we even saw a gator at a distance in the lake during the morning hours.Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and freeways.Brandon was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. He was flexible with the check-in/check-out process, which we appreciated very much.

Spacious Waterfront Paradise with Heated Pool — Perfect for Families & Groups

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house was spacious, clean, and had stunning water views from the moment we walked in. We loved the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and the best was fishing right from the property! Each bedroom was very comfortable, giving everyone in our group their own space to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home and look forward to returning!

Great home and better than advertised. Every room felt like a master bedroom. Lake view was fantastic. Pool and jacuzzi comfortable. Easy access and nice neighborhood. Shopping close by. Brandon was a wonderful host. We had limited contact due to not having any additional needs. The limited interaction we had, Brandon was very responsive. Definitely recommend this home.
