Great property in perfect location. Lovely pool and hot tub, well outfitted kitchen, and responsive property manager. Easy and walkable access to multiple beaches and downtown Solona Beach. Nice water views and very quiet location. Hope to be back next year.

Outstanding location with the ocean 3-4 blocks away. Ample room for a family of 4. Swimming pool was clean but cold. We ended up having to pay a fee for it to be heated. That was a first for us, as we stay at home rentals with pools quite often. Several light bulbs were burned out throughout the property. One burner on the gas stove didn’t work. TV remote on/off button didn’t work. 1 ply toilet paper. Most of this is petty, however, at this price point, there should be more attention to detail. One more thing. The ‘no smoking outside on the property’ was not disclosed until the ‘Welcome’ email was sent. I never received it until I was on the property.

We really enjoyed the stay! We had a family gathering and there was enough room for all of us. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub- for the hot tub, you do have to be patient and let it heat up, it takes a little while, but then very warm once on and going! It was a gorgeous view of the ocean, short walk to the beach, and a fun place to entertain, grill out, and hang by the pool all day!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures online and fully stocked to feel at home. We had a great time exploring the area and relaxing at the pool. Communication with the Property Manager was great. She is very responsive and made the check in process easy! We can’t wait to return!

Very nice, clean property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Communication with the property manager was superb. Spacious deck and clean pool to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great place and convenient to everything!

Wonderful home, close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The pool and hot tub were lovely for our family to relax and spend a lovely vacation together :)

A great spot to spend a few days by the beach

We loved our few days at Solana Beach at the end of a West Coast adventure. The property was great, everything was available and the property manager was very responsive. We would love to stay here again one day.

Great location

Great location to walk to the beach or jump on the 5 to go multiple attractions. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. Communication with the owner/host was excellent!
