Gather with friends or family in the patio with the private heated pool and BBQ grill while you cook up some hot dogs! Close proximity to nearby shopping, restaurants, warm mineral springs and all Port Charlotte has to offer!

Central to this open floor plan, guests will be greeted with a wide open space to enjoy their time by either cooking in the kitchen- equipped with all culinary tools and spices- or catching a movie on the L-shaped couch with the smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6-person dining table that can also be used as a personal workspace. The home provides high-speed internet access, fresh linens, towels, and various streaming services for your comfort.

The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms stocked with fresh sheets and pillows. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with access to its own bathroom, a full shower, a tub, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed with generous space as well!

The pool can be heated at your request with a cap of 85 degrees F at no additional cost to you! The patio is equipped with chairs and tables to lounge, sunbathe, or entertain. The interior temperature of the house will be cooled down to 71

Major retailers and restaurants are a short 3-minute drive away and the popular warm mineral springs is a 22-minute drive as well! Englewood Beach is 30 minutes away while the smaller, quiet and more private Port Charlotte Beach Park is 9 minutes away.

Golf lovers will absolutely fall in love with the nearby courses such as Riverwoods or Myakka Pines!

We found this property very clean and tidy inside and out, including the pool. Heck, the glass patio doors were so clean 2 people in our group walked right into them during our stay! Plenty of room, our group of 8 stayed very comfortably. The beds were all comfortable, plenty of bedding, towels, etc were provided. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and very nice to deal with. We look forward to coming back again!
