Excellent choice for a private weekend getaway! Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for R&R, but close to the Merritt Village for a nice dinning experience or drinks. We ordered groceries and food delivery, and everything was delivered promptly and without inconvenience. Will definitely keep in my favorite Vrbo’s list.

The pool was clean and didn’t have a chemical smell. It was nice to keep the car in the garage, safe at night and cool to get into during the day. The house layout was perfect for grandma, grandpa and 3 grandkids. They liked eating out by the pool.

This is a clean, comfortable home, in a very quiet neighborhood, thats only minutes from wverything you need or want. I did not have any contact with the host during my stay, but he was great with communications we had leading up to the stay. The only cons I had were in accessibility, the pool and showers, do not have a hand rails.

We enjoyed our stay at the house while visiting the area for softball at the USSSA Space Coast fields. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. The pool is great for a float or swim. The lanai is perfect to eat or unwind with a book. There’s plenty of linens, towels and beach towels too! There were cleaning products available to use through our stay. If back in the area we would certainly rent again.

A bit rocky. We lost a day of being to go out due to the front lock breaking down. Afraid to leave because we couldn't secure the house. Not blaming anyone just appears to break due to age of lock. Refrig lights not working. Some outside disconnect boxes rusted that was a bit scary. all in all good value just some untimely issues.

Beautiful home near the beach!

Just what we needed - we were here to visit/care for family in hospice, and this home fit the bill far better than a hotel room. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
