Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all trash in the bins by the driveway. Garbage is gray bin, recycling (no take-out containers) is blue, glass goes into the smaller yellow bin and food scraps in the green bin.
Please ensure remotes are in their holder or on the shelving unit underneath the TV.
Please hand wash any dirty dishes and leave in dish drainer.
Please ensure all windows are closed.
Please close blue curtains across large front window.
Gather used towels on the shower floor.
Hand wash dishes and place in dish drainer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I don't live on site but Co-host Kayla lives in the main house and is available should any issues arise.
What makes this property unique
A bit of history of this space: This suite used to be a garage before I converted it to an ADU several years ago. The garage was built by the original owners back in 1945, and they lived in it for 2 years while they hand built the main house which was finished in 1947. Prior to converting to an ADU, the garage still had the original kitchen cabinets and sink in the back corner from when it used to be a living space.
