Lovely. Amazingly well equipped house with loads of helpful surprises - lots of fridges and ice machines, coffee machines and dishwashers, beach towels etc..Just kept running out of plastic cups (and mugs for coffee) for by the pool with 8 adults and 90 degree heat!

We had such an amazing stay at the Sunset Beach house. The host was very responsive, the house was so well stocked to make our stay comfortable and it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The sunsets were breathtaking. Such good seashell finds. We even saw sea urchin and sea stars, and the most exciting was that we saw dolphins every day! I hope we can return some day.

We rented this exquisite Sunset Beach home for a small family gathering to celebrate the retirement of two brothers, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed, complete with an elevator that made everything effortless. The ocean, beach, and sunsets were simply heavenly and unforgettable. The owner responded immediately to our one inquiry and promptly sent someone to adjust the pool, reflecting outstanding care and hospitality.

Great beach house. Everything perfect. Multiple charging stations throughout the house. 3 coffeemakers to please anyone and everyone. One small glitch during the week and property manage there in minutes to address the problem. Worth every penny!!

Perfect Beachfront Family Getaway- Memories to Last a Lifetime

Our stay at this Bonita Springs vacation home was absolutely stunning! The home is located directly on the beach, which made everything so easy — no packing up the family and trekking from a public access point. The beach was literally just steps from the door!The sunsets were breathtaking every evening, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, allowing us to spend more time together. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the incredible views (we even spotted dolphins!), and relaxing beach strolls.The kids had a blast collecting sand dollars, and the whole trip was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. It truly was the best family vacation we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back!

This house was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time and would 100% book with Arlan and Collier Global again. Arlan was professional and responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Top notch company and management. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe. The key coded doors on the house gave us a sense of extra security too. The pool was amazing and the beach was a a chip shot from the pool!! The house even had all the toys and things needed for the adults and babies to have a blast at the beach.

Incredible stay at Sunset Beach! We (my partner and family) opted to make a week out of a wedding weekend we were invited to and landed on this house for seven adults and three kids (6, 4, and 2yo). The pool beach access kept the kids busy and happy all day long. The house was well equipped to keep the adults content and happy - we made a lot of meals at home. The kitchen was great but there was also a grill on the main level plus a lower level kitchen with outdoor grill and prep space. Made it very easy to not have to go up and down stairs to grab things from the main kitchen when hanging at the pool. THE VIEWS are to die for - sunsets were right behind the house. Hanging in the kitchen and looking out at the water felt like you were actually on a boat. All rooms have VERY comfortable beds and modern baths.The location is perfect as you are not on a super busy road but very convenient to restaurants, grocery, shopping etc. Communication with the owner/company was great. From the time I was asking questions prior to our actual stay, responses were immediate. (We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the owner/company was at the house immediately to correct.)We can’t wait to come back to Bonita and will definitely be staying at Sunset Beach again! Our group was eight adults and three grandchildren ages 7, 4, and 1. If our schedules allow it, we will rent again next year. The house is roomy, very clean, and the beds are top-notch. The combination of being on the beach while also having a swimming pool was perfection. By the end of the day, the kids were wiped.There are plenty of Roku TVs, and the living room has comfortable seating with an enormous “picture frame” TV. Bath and beach towels are more than plentiful, as are pool toys, beach chairs, and sand toys. There are also three paddle boards, which were a lot of fun. There was a high chair and a play/pen crib for the one year old. The kitchen is spacious; pots and pans are in good shape and plentiful.But since an honest review should include at least one complaint, the cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher are perfect examples of how to over-engineer simple controls. Once you figure out the quirks, they work fine, but it’s irritating having to think about how to microwave your coffee for 30 seconds.Two more notes: We had no concerns about pool safety. The pool is separated from the living area by a flight of stairs, two regular doors, and finally a large slider that the four-year-old couldn’t budge. There is also an elevator if someone has mobility issues, or if you don’t want to drag luggage or groceries up the stairs.
