Amazing

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Views are amazing from the balcony. Loved the convenience of how close we were to the beach, especially with a child.

Perfect Beach Trip

This was the perfect area and perfect condo for us. The unit was on the corner - ocean front, right by walkway to beach, and steps from the pool. There were no elevators to wait on and no steps in the beach walkway. The condo had everything we needed. The communication with Condorental.com was easy and prompt. Perhaps best of all, there is low population density right there so the beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommend properties managed by condorental.com - especially this complex and this unit. Wonderful vacation.

Oceanfront townhouse!

You cannot find a better view of the ocean! Sunrises while sitting up in the king size master bed or out on the porch are gorgeous. The home is super clean with all the essentials. Only steps to soft sand beach with perfect size waves for all to enjoy. And the pool is very refreshing after a day at the beach. It does not get sny better than this. Highly recommended!

The location is great. Very close to the pool and beach access. The kitchen is well stocked. The 3rd bedroom that says twin, actually has a trundle bed so there are 2 beds in that room. The place needs to be updated. There are some cracked, loose tiles on the stairs. The place has no beach towels. The front door handle is loose. The guest room queen bed sags/dips, very uncomfortable. They need a new hot water heater. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and never had enough hot water. We would shower the kids and then have to wait for the adults to take showers. Also, the shower pressure is not great. There is only 1 parking place and very limited guest parking. We had to park our second car in a spot and not move it because everyone was trying to find guest parking and there is just not a lot at the complex.
