Extremely clean property with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Great location in quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We had an issue with a faulty smoke detector and the host dealt with it swiftly. Very comfortable for our five adults and three young children.

Short Weekend Getaway

Quiet and comfortable house minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Family of 4 with 2 teens. Having 3 bathrooms and a large movie room was perfect from a busy day exploring.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was above our expectations...from booking online to our check out and everything in-between was outstanding! This place is absolutely perfect...location was great for our occasion, place is beautifully renovated with such nice touches in every room! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again.

Perfect!

Very clean and plenty of space for everyone. No need for k-cups as the owner provides great ground coffee. Very cozy, but older neighborhood.

The home was very kid friendly with a nice movie room and arcade game. Also has games available such as connect four and UNO. Plenty of space to hang out and you don't feel like you are right up next to each other. TVs in all the rooms. Great big screen TV in game room to watch football games! Spacious three bathrooms and kitchen area with plenty of needed amenities. We will be booking again!
