Rocco's place is a advertised. More spacious than the pictures give credit for. Was a great spot for our 2 dogs. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place.

The location was the best part. Beautiful part of town by the river and even walkable to downtown, restaurants, groceries, etc. for people with very limited walking ranges.Might want to bring an air mattress if you have a third person

We loved the property. Dropped in to Salida for the weekend and being right in the middle of downtown was incredible. Step off your back porch and there's coffee, pizza, the river... Everything you could want within a 2min walk. The property is very well maintained and communication with the owner was easy.

Had a great stay at Rocco’s by the river. Very clean and comfortable place. Had one issue and Anthony was very prompt in getting back to us. We are very familiar with the downtown area of Salida and this location is great. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. Would stay here again in the future.

Mid-May was the perfect time for a quiet & relaxing visit to Salida. The apt is very comfortable & conveniently located close to everything. I especially enjoyed spending my mornings & evenings on the patio.

The pics don’t do Rocco’s justice. Interior is much bigger. Nice decoration and layout. Bedroom stays dark in the early mornings. Easy walk to the Arkansas River/ park. Right in the middle of downtown so you can hear folks but town gets quiet at dark.
