Your Lawrence adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Each bedroom offers a unique sleeping experience with a queen, full, 2 twin, and king bed. The house features WiFi, heating, AC, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a hair dryer. You'll find 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower. An additional space with a comfy futon provides extra flexibility.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor (the queen and full) and the other two bedrooms (the king and 2 twins) are on the second floor. This is a newly renovated home but the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. 5 minutes to KU campus We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This house a was great for our family for KU graduation. It was perfect location, clean, and perfect backyard to hangout during down time. The owner was great a communication, when we had questions, he responded within minutes.

What a gem of a house! One of our favorite VRBO homes we’ve experienced. The decor, the supplies, cleanliness, baskets of cozy throws, ample linens, stocked kitchen and more. 4 minutes from the Univ of KS Conference Center. Ryan is incredibly responsive. We loved our stay and would absolutely choose this home again!

This was a very well appointed home that was perfect for visiting our KU student. We loved how clean everything was and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The backyard is a nice bonus for grilling and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for the KU football game and couldn't have asked for a better spot! The home was spacious and fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location was perfect-just minutes from campus and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was a nice bonus, and overall the house made for a great experience. Would definitely stay here again

Great house, centrally located

Really great place to stay, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Communicative hosts who graciously allowed us an early check-in. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard, grill and deck but the Kansas heat dome had other ideas. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Lawrence with a group.

Excellent Property

Lawrence house

We were grandparents coming to Lawrence for baseball. The house was better than the pictures even showed. So clean & so many extra amenities not usually in a VRBO home. The location was very close to Hoglund Park & downtown Mass Street. We had a great time & would definitely recommend this property.
