Your secluded mountain cabin AWAITS...

Located just minutes from the parkway of Pigeon Forge (light #10) and Gatlinburg, The gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enjoy our 4 seasons, spacious 3 level home. Nestled beneath the peaceful and tranquility of the mountains. Secluded on 5 private acres. Plenty of parking for family, guests and recreational motor sport trailers. Home is freshly updated, clean, bright & approx. 2,400 sq ft and accommodates up to 6 guests.
The space
UPSTAIRS:
The upstairs features a large MASTER with KING BED, 55" SMART TV, plenty of storage to unpack, and a full in suite bathroom with stand-alone jetted tub.

MAIN FLOOR:
The Main floor is spacious and open, light filtered and features comfortable QUEEN SIZE SOFA SLEEPER and 65" SMART TV, plenty of stuffed club chairs for conversation or quiet reading. This floor also connects to 240 sq ft OUTDOOR DECK with Grill. Secluded by tall trees, is perfect for taking in nature, sunning, or cooking out with the family and friends. Complete with outdoor table for 6 and a large umbrella.
A fully furnished kitchen and indoor dining area with table and chairs to accommodate 6 guests.
A full bathroom with tub/shower is located on the main floor just off the kitchen.
Also located on the main floor is the second BEDROOM with a QUEEEN BED, full closet and 55" SMART TV.

DOWNSTAIRS:
THE DOWNSTAIRS is a fun open space that is great for family & friend game nights.
It features a separate room for theater like viewing with a large 55" SMART TV and sofa and chairs to kick back to watch your favorite shows and films.
The downstairs OPEN area contains a stand 2 standup arcade games with 150 preloaded games on each one , bumper pool, air hockey, foosball table. Sofa, table and chairs for drinking and snacking.
Access the outdoors through the double door opening to the lower patio, shaded by the upper deck, and furnished with exterior seating.
Laundry is also located on this lower level featuring a full-sized stacking washer and dryer.
A full bathroom with a tub/shower is also located on this floor.

We find our mountain home inviting, comfortable, and easy to relax in.

Quite! Located close enough to everything but far enough away

What makes this property unique

Briarwood is a very unique cabin. It’s very peaceful, and quiet, the drive getting there is not mountainous. It’s winds around the base and is nestled in between the mountains on a small incline. About a 10 minute from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge on the Gatlinburg side, which is about 15 minutes away. Close enough to everything.
