NEW POOL for 2025! This 2BR / 1B cottage welcomes you with its relaxing front porch rockers, stylish decor and necessities for a perfect beach getaway at the shore. It offers a Queen primary bedroom, Guest bedroom with (2) Twins and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and the main living space has a sound system. A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. A HUGE 25x12 Trex deck allows for dining or relaxing in the backyard. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower before enjoying a refreshing dip in the brand-new pool after a day at the beach. Bed linens provided, tenant brings bath towels. Come stay and experience the wonderful location and amenities the Lovely Cottage offers! Pets Welcome!

We loved our time on Cedardale Ave. the house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and it was great having access to a washer and dryer. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog along with us. The vibe in the backyard was excellent - especially all lit up at night! The Hollywood Ave. bay beach access was shaded, and so nice. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. We would all love the opportunity to stay here again!
