We hold our property to high cleanliness standards, and a professional inspection report completed right before check-in confirmed the unit was clean and fully prepared for arrival. When minor concerns were raised via zoomed-in photos, we immediately offered to dispatch our housekeepers to address them right away. Although our property follows a strict cancellation policy under which a refund was not required, we made a special courtesy exception to issue a 100% full refund since we had no other units available to relocate them. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to delivering quality stays for our guests.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We'd love to have you back for another relaxing Branson getaway!

Fantastic! We're so glad you enjoyed your time with us. Can't wait to welcome you back!

Thank you for staying with us! We're so glad you found the home to be a great fit for your family of six and that it helped make your conference week more comfortable. It’s wonderful to hear that the convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, coffee pot, crock pot, cookware, and washer and dryer all made a difference during your stay. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback about the clothing storage and backyard gate. We understand how helpful a place to hang dress clothes can be, especially for a conference stay, and we’ll share this with our team for review. We’ll also have the gate concern looked into so we can address that for future guests. Thank you again for your kind words and helpful suggestions. We’d be happy to welcome your family back the next time you’re in town!
