Situated in a quiet residential area, enjoy waking everyday to amazing ocean views from every room. Ocean views and breezes make Villa Caretta a must stay in Providenciales. Local beaches are only a short walk from the villa, with world famous Grace Bay beach, grocery and restaurants only a 12-minute drive.

The 3-bedroom villa features a tastefully decorated, open-concept living room, complimentary Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and air conditioning in each bedroom. Large sliding doors connect all to the pool deck to enjoy the soft Caribbean breeze. The kitchen features a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop/oven, toaster and blender. Gather for meals at the expansive island counter or dine at the inside or outside tables. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook and eat that fresh fish you caught.

The master bedroom has a king-size canopy bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and high open ceiling. Open the large sliding doors for a quick dip in the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanity, large wall mirror, magnifying mirror and hairdryer.

Each of the additional two bedrooms have queen beds, AC, ceiling fan, mini-fridge, and ensuite bathroom, with sliding door access to the pool deck and stunning ocean views.

Notes:

Our villa includes a coffee maker and a Nespresso Vertuo, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board, and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs and a cooler may be available but not guaranteed. Post Covid, our villa does not include communal snorkel gear.

Electrical power is metered to discourage use with windows and doors open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. An electrical allowance of $200 (400 kWh) per week is given at no charge, however usage beyond the amount will be charged at actual costs (currently 0.48 per kWh).

Villa Caretta has ceiling fans in each room and enjoys comfortable trade winds, so it will be rare to exceed the electrical allotment during your stay.

A $250 cleaning fee is added to your stay. Housekeeping services may be provided once, mid-stay, upon request for an additional fee.

A mandatory 12% occupancy tax in the nightly rental rate.

Villa Caretta is located in the Turtle Tail area overlooking three little cays which are easily accessible at low tide. Swim or snorkel in the stunning jewel-toned waters to catch a glimpse of the beautiful underwater sealife.
