This place needs a DEEP cleaning!! Air in take vents haven't been touched in months. Mold in shower stall, on door to A/C unit. Dirty bed frames. Hair in tub & shower when we arrived. Laundry area was dirty, dryer vent area needs checked. Lint everywhere. Upstairs windows all blocked by storm shutters. Bathroom with shower, you can see into window at night, bring something to cover it so your wife or daughters are not being watched from the driveway or road!! For the money we spent, we were very disappointed with this beach house.

This is a great house just steps away from the beach! We loved the space for a group and the well equipped kitchen. The beds were also quite comfortable. It was also convenient to Seven Seas Grocery for last minute items. We had a blast during Mardi Gras and exploring the island and hope to be back soon!:)

Great place to stay, the beach is literally steps away. Views are amazing! Everything was as indicated in the pictures with the exception of a porch swing; however, there was a nice hammock on the upper deck. Most beach properties that I’ve previously stayed at have some beach chairs for use while staying on the property, that would be one of my only suggestions on improvement. Overall great trip and would highly recommend!

Suggest bringing a wagon to get gear to the beach as the entrance is very near the house, but a little far if you are carrying a cooler, tent and chairs.

The house was beautiful and very clean! LOVED LOVED LOVED it! The view is great from the decks and the bedrooms have doors that open to the porch and you can still hear the waves while dozing in the bed. The beach trail is close and it was wonderful to walk along the beach. We do plan to come back with the family and maybe make it our getaway :)

Location is good. Clear views of the beach and a 2 minute walk to the water. Plenty of rooms and beds. We had 14 people and still had beds available.

On arrival, the house was filthy. We had several people showing up so there was no time to get in touch with someone to clean. We took matters into our own hands and scrubbed it ourselves. The power went out a few times and that was reported.

Amazing location

The communication with the property manager was so fast and I really appreciated that. We had a large group, so while there was not enough dining area indoors to all eat together, the sleeping accommodations worked out well. The kitchen dishes and silverware was well stocked and we were able to comfortably cook and the best part was the proximity to the beach.

Amazing Beach House

I rented the house for my mom's 60th birthday. The host was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was amazing and right on the beach. The location was perfect and not too busy. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Beach House!!!

Our family (16 of us) stayed at this house over the weekend! Loved the house, plenty of room for everyone to sleep, great location & view, great communication with our host!!! It was a win-win all weekend long! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Spring Break 2025

The home is beautiful, could use a few repairs and could use a new outside grill, but overall, we had a wonderful time. The view was awesome! Quite neighborhood. We had family from Iowa and their children had never been to a beach before, so they had a blast looking for seashells and playing on the beach! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
