Incredible property for a large group with ample space and a variety of amenities. Great outdoor setup, immaculate pool, and responsive hosts who made check-in a breeze. The house itself was clean and relatively close to several restaurants and stores.Would absolutely book again!

Big, pretty nice house with a heated pool, game rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and private surroundings—great for a big, loud group. Not quite enough showers for the bedrooms, but manageable. One hot tub was visibly broken; the other worked.Unfortunately, property management was a major issue. Communication was confusing and often seemed automated. VRBO messages included: “Due to a high volume of requests, your message was unfortunately overlooked. We are checking on this matter immediately…” The door locks didn’t work and were never fixed during our 3-day stay despite repeated promises, so we couldn’t lock the house when we left.On day 2, the house lost power due to an issue with the property. The generator was also broken. Someone eventually repaired it, but it was extremely loud outside our windows and kept some of us up. It only restored partial power: the stove/oven, AC, and some outlets never worked. Management even asked me to “let us know when the electric company comes, so we can switch off the breaker.” Guests shouldn’t have to project-manage repairs.I requested a partial refund and was told: “You’re 100% entitled to one. We will process one today.” They have yet to follow up or process it. I’ll update this review if that changes.
