Great house and location! Very clean and plenty of roomy space for our family of 9. We came to Lubbock to attend a family wedding and the house was perfect for all of us out-of-town travelers. The house layout, aesthetics, and amenities were very nice. We all enjoyed it!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was definitely worth it! Very clean, neat, well organized, we felt at home from the moment we walked in. The host responded very quickly when we messaged and accommodated a last minute added guest. We could not have picked a better place or host! We highly recommend this place!

Overall, we had a great time at this property! Pros: The bedrooms were all pretty big with comfortable beds and every room had a smart TV. There was plenty of room throughout the house for our large group and enough room to park our 4 cars in the driveway/garage! The kids had a great time playing in the backyard as well! Also, anytime I sent Trent a message with a question or concern; he was very quick to respond with an answer or solution. The only negative thing I would say about our stay (and we stayed at the end of July when it’s the hottest time of the year in LBK) was the AC unit had a HARD time keeping the house cool enough during the day. We got miserably hot a couple of times while we were there, but then It always cooled back down at night and felt great when we slept! We had a great stay overall and I would definitely recommend staying here! We will stay here again next time we are in Lubbock!

Really nice property, just need more hot water

Overall the property was great. Worked out well for our work trip - lots of modern updates and very clean! The only complaint, which I assume might be remedied in the future as I think the property is newly renovated, was the hot water heater. We all needed to shower before a basketball game and only 1 of the 5 of us got a hot shower. I assumed a house with 6 bedrooms would have a tankless water heater but obviously that was not the case. Otherwise - lots of bonuses to the property, TVs in all the rooms and access to use the garage was very beneficial when storing items from our truck beds overnight.

This house was absolutely gorgeous and spacious! It fit our large family and the kids had so much fun in the game room, the backyard was also a large lot size for running around! The host was super helpful and friendly!!
