My wife and I had a lovely stay. The villa was clean and had everything we could ask for. We have stayed at other villas in this community and this unit is our favorite. We loved how close it was to the beach, so we could just walk down to the ocean The beach locker was so convenient that it made the time we wanted to spend on the beach as simple as grabbing the chairs and walking to the shore. The owners were helpful and communicated well.

Wonderful villa with a quick walk to the beach. Super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Villa has a clear view of the putting green. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers come and go. All the villas in our section were occupied and it was still a very quiet week. There's a bike rack for bike rentals and we biked at low tide every day. The Shipyard bike /walking trails are very wide and shady and super convenient. The Greens villas has a nice pool that we enjoyed using. Very clean and well kept. The carpets are new and felt very clean! The owners take pride in their home and it shows.Front door has an electronic keypad so there's no key to carry around. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. This is our second year renting this unit and we will definitely be back next year.

The villa was extraordinary. Location couldn’t be better .close to the beach and tennis courts. Beautifully decorated , well stocked kitchen . We will certainly make a point of returning .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the condo worked very well for our family of 4. It was clean, close to the beach, and in a great location on the island. Having access to a beach locker was very helpful. Hosts were responsive and it’s clear they care for their home. We hope to return!

Our stay in April was perfect. We had plenty of room and condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the big kitchen and bedrooms. The extra half bath is a great feature. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get all things HHI. Lori is a great host and answered all of my questions quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home. Great to have beach chairs available. Would be nice to have a mirror in the master and bathmat in the tub. But those are just preferences. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely outside patio. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

We had a great vacation. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach - great location on the island! Love they have a beach locker. We will be back next year.

Awesome place close to the beach and with everything you need

We loved our stay here. The owners communicated super well and were extremely helpful. The place is newly renovated, perfect for a family, and close enough to walk to the beach. The community is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

The condo was exactly what we expected. Location is excellent. The beach chairs were a nice addition and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
