The Avenue Carriage House is a charming 500 sq foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the historic 3rd Avenue. It can sleep up to 4 guests with the queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Just 3 blocks to the train station, it's perfectly located to walk to everything Downtown Durango has to offer. The unit is newly constructed and has been completed with modern furnishings and high end stainless steel appliances. It has a private, south facing roof-top deck to enjoy the morning sun or evening BBQ. Durango permit #CUP14-07

Cute cottage perfectly located in downtown Durango. The cottage itself is well decorated and very nice. My only gripe would be the parking - the bush/tree by the only parking space really needs to be trimmed back or removed since the area is already so tight. Also get rid of the fence panels, and other fence materials since the parking spot is so tight.
