Starfish House - The Perfect Golf & Beach Getaway in Grace Bay

Starfish House...our 3 bedroom golf course villa is located inside the gates of The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club...an easy stroll to Grace Bay Beach. This property is located on the fairway of the first hole and just a few minutes from the Clubhouse in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is a bright and welcoming island home that features a private pool, a shaded outdoor BBQ/dining pergola, an outdoor dining table, poolside seating, loungers, and table tennis. It truly has everything you need for relaxing, fun-filled days with family and friends. We provide folding beach chairs, an umbrella, beach/pool towels, and a cooler for your trips to the beach.



The villa includes three bedrooms: a king room with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom that can be configured with either two twin beds or one king bed, also with an ensuite, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed that has a single trundle bed underneath, complete with an ensuite that has both a bathtub and shower. The comfortable living room has patio doors that lead to the pool deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience.



The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is directly across the street from access to Grace Bay Beach, and you’re just a short drive away from various restaurants, shops, resorts, and spas. We recommend renting a vehicle for grocery shopping, visiting the many excellent restaurants, and exploring the island’s beautiful beaches.

-Guests must be 25 yrs of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

-Quiet hours are respected between 11pm and 7am.

-The property is located on an active golf course.

Great Trip

House was great, short drive everywhere. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that you can't use Uber's from this house so you have to pre-arrange taxis which was a bit annoying but nothing they can do about it.

Our family of five had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. The kids loved winding down in the pool after a day at the beach. We appreciated the outdoor dining area and grill. The kitchen was impressively stocked with spices and condiments making it easy to cook at home. Beach chairs and an umbrella were a great bonus. Check-in was seamless and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend! Nothing

Felt like a Millionaire

This home is beautiful. Simple, cozy, clean, fabulous pool and pavilion seating. We didn’t want to leave. Communication was excellent and would stay here again hands down and we have been to the island 6 times. You won’t regret staying here.

Starfish House - Beautiful Property - Well Maintained

This is property was everything and more. It was clean, bright, spacious and equipped with everything that you could ever think of. It was centrally located to a lot of great restaurants and amazing beaches. Our favourite being, Sapadillo Bay Beach and Malcolms Road Beach. The host Shanta made quite a few recommendations and suggestions about places around the island which were extremely useful. I would definitely recommend this property and give it 10 out of 10!

Disappointing

There were two major issues one is the air conditioning did not cool the house except for one bedroom. Secondly, the front door lock was not reliable, and had to be held in a certain position in order for it to lock. Both of those were major inconveniences, and the door lock was a safety issue. We ended up moving properties halfway through our stay.

This review is unwarranted. This group asked how to use the TV remote and we had to go there to show them. They asked how to use the AC remote and we told them. There is nothing wrong with the door lock either. It was locked when we got there so they obviously knew how to use it. Their disappointment was they left 5 days into the stay for not the reasons they claim because they are all false, without giving us an opportunity to help them and we didn't return any money because it wasn't warranted. It's unfortunate they decided to leave a review that will be the first non-5-star we've received in four years. The guests handling of this situation was poor. Property managers are there to help in the event something isn't right. I believe there may have been another issue with the guests themselves and we are the scapegoat.

Perfect place

Everything about Starfish house was perfect. From the ease of booking, the communication, the house was just as the pictures showed. We were a group of 4, my husband and I, my 18 year old daughter and her friend. The house was plenty big enough for the 4 of us, with 3 ensuite bedrooms. The outdoor area was truly fantastic, we used for morning coffee, as well as evening to sit around. My husband and I are golfers and a quick 2 minute drive to the clubhouse was all it took. We had dinner out most evenings, but did use the BBQ area one eve and that was perfect too!! Being on the golf course, we felt very safe, as it is a gated community. The girls walked to the beach every day, the walk to the entrance of the golf course is half way there, then across the road and down a beach road. Took approx 8 mins. The local store is approx 5 min drive. If we were to come back to Turks and Caicos, we would definitely come back to starfish house, it really is the perfect place to stay in every possible way. Special thanks to Leslie, who was very quick with answering all communication and had great suggestions with any questions, ie car hire. Thanks for a great stay

Summer Vacation

This house was perfect in all ways for our family vacation. The house was well equipped with everything you need and was very comfortable and clean. The location was also perfect with easy access to all the beaches, shops & grocery stores. Having the pool in the absolutely beautiful backyard was amazing. Being able to wake up and sit outside with a cup a coffee in the morning was my favorite thing to do. The property manager, Shanta, was very communicative and her assistant, Claudin was also available. We had a small issue with a faucet while there and Claudin immediately fixed the problem making it a non-issue. Very gracious hosts. Highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful house!

First, Shanta and Claudin were fantastic in terms of communication and problem solving. Very prompt at answering all questions and Claudin even helped with general island questions. Second, the home was beautiful and cozy. All the amenities needed for a beach vacation, pool was clean and enjoyable, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Lastly, great location. Very close to Grace Bay Beach, shops, restaurants, right on the golf course for avid golfers, and felt secured with the gated community. Will definitely be renting this home again on repeat visits to TCI.

Five stars!

We rented this home as it was located on the golf course. The home is on the first hole of the course, which was very convenient! It is a nice walk to the club house, which quickly became our favorite spot to grab a drink after a round. Food is excellent, Michael and Joan were amazing and made us feel like we were family. We also liked that the house was in a gated neighborhood. The house has everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and has many perks we didn’t find in other rentals. The pool was definitely my favorite spot. There are two lounge chairs to relax on. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and plants that offer privacy. Located next to the pool is a grill, a small fridge and a covered seating area. There are also two other seating areas around the pool. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing! The house is located a couple of miles from the main resort area. The beach is a quick walk across the main road and Flamingo’s bar offers amazing margaritas! We found that most restaurants were comparable to the US in price. The food was very good, we did not have a bad meal at any of the local restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
