We were in the area for a wedding and Casa Verde was a wonderful place for our family to stay! Everyone enjoyed the darts, pool table and especially the beautiful patio and swimming pool. Beautiful property and awesome hosts!

Beautiful property with every detail thought out. The hosts were attentive and so great to work with. We were in Covington for a family wedding and the house and pool were perfect for our family. The grounds and plant material were gorgeous and as a gardener I appreciate how work goes into maintaining them. Highly recommend.

The property is a beautiful, secluded, and serene surroundings. Amenities and supplies were generous and check in/out routine was a breeze! Lots of on-site activities and games, the gym was awesome! Owners were super friendly, helpful and responsive, despite being on their own vacation. We highly recommend!

Great location, very private, secure and well appointed, I'm tempted to keep this VRBO find a secret. Our first visit to the Northshore St Tammany Parish but won't be our last. Minutes away from downtown Covington and charming little Abita Springs (especially if you enjoy good craft beer), or a short drive to lakefront Mandeville or Madisonville, so many great restaurants, nightlife and nice people, Casa Verde fulfilled 100% of expectations. Thanks to host/owner Patty for all her wonderful insights on the area, we'll be back....

Casa Verde was an inviting retreat. The home was clean and well stocked. Patty had turned on the AC prior to our arrival which made it very comfortable. She provided pool towels, sun tan lotion, food in fridge, and a little welcome sign. She and her husband were welcoming, easy to talk to, and quick to respond to texts. The pool was a great place to cool off from the Louisiana heat! I definitely recommend Casa Verde!

We had a wonderful time. The pool and surroundings were ideal for our girlfriend’s group. We had a total of seven older women who came for various periods of time. We would have preferred a larger dining area but made do with extra seating outside. The pool table dominates the space and since we didn’t use it or the fitness room that felt like wasted space for us. But we could see how it would work for a more active group. The bedrooms were fine except for the downstairs bed which was too tall for short elderly people with disabilities. The kitchen was smallish but well stocked and great for our needs. Patty and her husband were welcoming and wonderful, proactive and responsive.

Definitely recommend staying here. Perfect location with easy access to both downtown Covington, and Abita Springs area. Wonderful and extremely peaceful cottage situated at the end of dead-end street and located roughly 100 feet from the owner's main home. The host-maintained frequent contact from our first contact until our departure from their wonderful home. The cottage was very clean and tidy with plenty of guest towels (very soft too) stocked in both bathrooms. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, with a bonus daybed in the upstairs area which provides for plenty of room for several couples or families to have room without being in each other's space. The cottage has a large downstairs workout room which provides one access to dumbbells, resistance bands and machines if you are looking for a place which allows you both a comfortable stay and continue working out. The pool is located right outside the workout room and gets plenty of sun during the day and has lots of chairs along with loungers surrounding the pool. The home is only minutes from downtown Covington boutique shopping area, as well as at the St. Tammany bike trail.
