Ravenna/Greenlake cozy apartment with separate entrance and off street parking. Walk to Greenlake, University district, UW campus, Burke museum. Short drive to Lake Union, Pike Place Market, Museums and Seattle Center. Spacious, stylish, sunny apartment with large patio. Apartment is near bus stops, bakeries, pubs, many coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, parks, Whole Foods and University Village makes it a perfect spot for your urban vacation.
You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a firm queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size new bed with a 4" memory foam topper. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM . There's Wifi, TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix, DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads. ALSO ADDED-NEW CRIB FOR THE LITTLE ONE.

Cozy Stay and Great Location

We had a great time staying here! The place is very cozy and made us feel safe. The location is really nice, close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. The host was also very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Area

We have a lovely time at this property. Beds were extremely comfortable, the living room was inviting and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was very easy to get around the city as trains and busses were just a quick walk away. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely get away

Gorgeous space close to the tourist attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were some great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful gardens and checking in/out was a breeze. If you’re going to Seattle definitely stay here!!

Short Seattle Stay to See Local Sights

Nice property in wonderful location, exactly as described. The property owner was helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated, especially on the narrow streets of Seattle. Would stay again!

Cutest picture I could find. I'm new to hosting but have been a guest many times and have always had memorable experiences all over the world. Since I haven't traveled as much as I want to, by hosting I'm bringing the travelers to me. It's a win, win. I'm the mother of three adult children, graphic designer, athletic and learn something new most days. Design creeps into everything I do whether it's cooking, baking, gardening or designing this little jewel you see in front of you. I've also lived in Seattle most of my life and have seen this town grow into a vibrant and cultural city with endless places to explore. Since I live upstairs I'm usually available for recommendations or questions but I also understand the need for your privacy. No hovering although my kids may beg to differ.

Why they chose this property

The living/dining/kitchen area with it's open floor plan feels spacious with plenty of room for travelers to maneuver themselves and their bags. The living room couch folds out to accommodate 1-2 guests. Light filters though from a southern exposure reflecting on the buttery warm Eucalyptus floors. The decor is a blend of old and new with contrasting colors and textures though out the apartment. You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size futon with a 4 "memory foam topper. There's Wifi, a TV (no cable), DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads.
Guests have access to the laundry room by request. The entire stone patio is for guests use but please ask before entering the rest of the garden. I'm usually available for giving a tour and will happily share my fresh berries when in season. The Keyless lock makes check-in smooth and easy.

What makes this property unique

I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. Since I live upstairs I'm usually available to answer questions or recommend the best coffee shops close by or tips about what to do on a sunny day in Seattle or what to do on a rainy day in Seattle. Hint: its the same.
People know each other in this neighborhood. They care about each other and they talk to each other. Most of us have been here for many years and it shows. We welcome newcomers and guests. Neighbor looks out for Neighbor here....
