We had a nice stay in Camdenton as we were there for a concert. Beautiful home and very cozy and comfortable beds and couch for relaxing and watching some TV. Enough bathrooms for us all to get ready at the same time. We very much so enjoyed the back deck, that's where we spent most of our time enjoying the nature around us catching glimpses of deer as they pass through and watching the squirrels jumping through the trees. Also took advantage of the pool table downstairs. Was kind of bummed that the grill wasn't in working order as we had planned on grilling steaks our last night, but the kitchen was equipped with an air fryer so we resorted to using that. If you're looking for a cozy, roomy place to stay with little to no noise, look no further.

As we discussed with you during your stay, the bbq grill was tested before you arrived and was in working order. We insisted that you use it. After your stay we tested the grill and it was in working order. The guest that stayed after you used the grill multiple times without issue.

Property wellness

The Ozark property was great for a family gathering! The logistics from reservation to access codes to close out were very smooth. The property itself met expectations as advertised! It’s great when things work out the way they’re supposed to!

Perfect home!

Beautiful setting, impeccably clean and wonderful host! Home was perfect for myself and hiking friends who wanted to explore nearby state park on Lake of the Ozarks. Perfect host who added nice touches—had it decorated for Christmas and provided water and coffee for us! Problem free check in and check out, with simple instructions left on closing up when leaving. We are already rebooking for next spring!

Great communication

We had a change in our stay and they were so easy to work with and clear about the process. Helped as much as possible. Really nice. Also had waters in fridge and a very clear set of expectations written out on the counter. Helpful and clear. Really loved that.

Beautiful place with plenty of room. A/C stopped working the host had someone there in no time to get it fixed. Great job to host. Little things happen when you travel. If we’re ever in the area again I will definitely look for this place. My wife wanted to make sure I mentioned the amazing jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Really nice after a long day of riding the Ozarks.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do around Lake of the Ozarks, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and activities. One of our favorite touches was the selection of board games. It gave us a chance to unplug, spend quality time together, and make some great family memories.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun getaway at the lake, and we’d love to come back!

We stayed here with our adult children and our grand babies as we attended a wedding in the area. It was perfect for what we needed! Three bedrooms on the main floor with one shared bath and the master. The other bathroom is in the basement game room. It was quiet, the back deck is surrounded by trees and just so relaxing for a morning cup or an evening drink. The host was very responsive and so helpful.
