Palms at Wailea #1902 is an upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps 6 and has an open, spacious floor plan. It features air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and high speed internet. Stainless steel oven and microwave have been installed since the photos were taken. The oversized lanai is perfect for lounging and dining while enjoying the beautiful garden and mountain views. Twin extra long beds in the second bedroom can be made as a king upon request. There's also a king bed and a sofa bed. The television is equipped with basic cable plus HBO MAX, Showtime, Sports View, and the Starz Encore bundle. Palms at Wailea #1902 sleeps 6. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Or relax at the large pool and hot tub area, which is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean.
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

The location of this condo was prime for getting to the beaches in Wailea and Kihei. We had plenty of space for a family of five. We loved the views of the ocean and sunset from the pool area. Definitely one of our best trips!

The suit is good, unit furnishings can use a little updating, beddings ( blankets, sheets are not the best ) and very limited in supply on everything.

It was a great location in Kihei not too far from the main drag.

Renting was easy, locating was simple, keypad made it easy and convenient. Rooms were clean. The space was slightly outdated and is in need of some remodeling, however, the owner had everything needed to enjoy the beaches (chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, cooler, ice, etc).

Great Location

The unit is placed in an area closer to many different beaches. The check in process was independent and easy. We arrived late at night and getting into the unit was seamless. The kitchen is very well stocked with all necessities and small appliances. We appreciated the bbq and patio where we ate every meal. The unit was very clean and stocked well with towels and extra bedding.
