With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, guests will find a large but cozy space with a balcony overlooking downtown. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place! It is a large open space with plenty of room to spread out. It includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additional features include a home theater projection system with surround sound and a deck that overlooks Main street. Two parking spaces are included and you can easily walk to everything Eureka.The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the downtown lifestyle that Eureka Springs has to offer. **This property is above retail space so climbing staircase is required.**
