Amazing spot! Clean well maintained property in the middle of the action in the Condado area of San Juan. The host was available and responsive.

This view for the price was worth it all. A bit of a challenge finding the parking spot and checking in. Also we were unable to close the balcony door overnight or anytime. More towels and sheets would have been helpful but our host was kind and seems to really care about our experience.

I was in San Juan for a few days of meetings at the Hilton and prefer to stay in more private space when it’s a large group. Lisa’s condo is perfectly situated for a short walk to the meetings in one direction and good restaurants in the other. The space was very clean and comfortable, and when you stand at the island looking out, all you see is ocean. That was a nice bonus. Lisa is very quick to respond and provided clear instructions for accessing the condo. I highly recommend this unit if you’re looking to stay in the Condado area, and can forgo a pool. The beach is just a short walk away.

Great location and walkable! Loved being able to wake up and go to sleep with views of the ocean. Was in PR for a conference and the location helped for relaxation. Communication with the host good. Especially loved her flexibility and accommodating our very late arrival foe check in (@1:30am). Fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedding, and beach towels. Security good. On the surface clean but dusting of fixtures and furniture overlooked. Price for unit comparable with area hotels but not as much space/beds, especially if older adults. A futon was counted as a bed which is uncomfortable when you have older bones and backs. Better for occupancy for two. The sliding balcony door does not completely block out noise. The futon is in the living room and no blinds or curtains to block sun or light when sleeping. Description lists a generator in light of power outages in PR but does not cover the unit. The power dud go out during our stay for several hours and learned that the generator operates the elevator for the building and some lighting in hallway. Come prepared for outages. Would be nice to have had instructions about what to do during an outage in the unit though we had easy communication with the host. Coin laundry for the building is over priced and requires you to download and sign into an app or a lot of quarters for each load (4.00 each for washer and dryer). No change machine to get quarters but vending machine has detergent. Overall good stay in Condado area
