Charming Studio Cottage located on Easton's Point

Excellent Easton's Point location, just off Tuckerman Avenue. Charming cottage located on a quiet street walking distance to Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerous restaurants, and Newport's scenic Cliff Walk. Only a short driving distance to downtown Newport, several historic mansions and Bellevue Avenue.

This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area.

Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families.

This was everything I hoped it would be and more!! Joan and her husband are just lovely, and great communicators. The cottage is the PERFECT size and location was incredible!Marty the black cat was a bonus, I personally LOVED. Decorated beautifully, and the whole place screamed comfort and well-thought-out design and use of space! So clean! The skylight and the loft were both fun bonuses. Will book again!!!

Joan’s cottage was perfect for our recent trip to Newport RI. Very clean cozy place with kitchen and private bathroom. Shower has great water pressure and beds and couch very comfortable. Joan provided water for us as well as clean towels and made check in very easy. Location is very quiet and close to Easton Beach. Also short ride to 2nd st beach and Purgatory chasm (which is a must see magical spot!). Close to plenty of restaurants and short ride to cliff walk and downtown Newport. Also there is a local cat - Marty - who is super friendly and will welcome you while you’re there. We would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It is a short walk to 1st beach and a few restaurants and shops and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. Joan is lovely and very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and quaint it was perfect for our weekend away for our daughters college graduation. It was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect, would definitely do it again.

Perfect, quiet getaway.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Perfect Middletown Cottage!

This cottage was just what I needed for a quiet 3-day getaway. Tucked in a peaceful residential area near the beaches and close to Sachuest Point, it offered a great mix of comfort and location. The space was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming feel. What stood out most was how thoughtful the owner was (water in fridge and coffee pods ready for the next morning) and checking in to make sure everything was going well, which really added a personal touch. It’s a perfect spot to recharge and to be so close and convenient to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. I look forward to staying stay here again!!

Nice little cottage next to owners home, quiet residential area, can walk or bike to beach or the restaurant area. Full size frig, oven and microwave, etc. Comfy and convenient. Friendly and helpful owner. We would stay here again.
