The property was great! It was spacious, had plenty of dish wares, towels, pool towels, and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, all of the appliances worked, and the pool/hot tub were clean and well maintained. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time, and we will definitely come again next year!

The house and outdoor area was perfect for our large group to enjoy a weekend retreat. We appreciated the fact that linens and towels were provided as well as a well-stocked kitchen with utensil and pots/pans for preparing meals for our group.

We were very happy with our stay but there was an ant problem. Lots of ants throughout the main house but even in the kitchen and in the cabinets, etc. Also, the fridge needed a good cleaning. But otherwise, everything was great annd we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We routinely have the house treated for insects. I have called my exterminator and he is going to treat the house for ants . We had a blast! The house was great and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of beds, linens and even a pantry with miscellaneous items. Lots of room for our large blended family and a very kind host with knowledge of the area and tips on what river float trips are best.

We had a great stay at The Big Easy's house! The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and comfy beds.The check-in process was easy, and communication with the host was helpful. From beginning to end the property owners were responsive, and they were not lying when they said we would not be disappointed. In the cooler months do yourself a favor and opt for the heated pool. We all had a blast. The large tv outside along with the grill and true smoker had us spending most of the day and night outside.

Family Fun

We had an absolutely wonderful time. We had a few iaaues with the wifi (owner addresses immediately) and water pressure (water peovider issues not owner issues). I would 100% recommend this house for anyones stay that is looking for the best. Roland's cuatomer service was awesome.

Everything was great. House was clean and very well stocked. Something you don’t always get renting places around the Frio… Decor, lights, outdoor pool/spa areas were all great and in excellent shape. Roland was great and very accommodating. We will definitely be retuning.

We have stayed at several houses up in the Concan area and this one by far was our favorite. From the layout of the property, to the pool and rooms, it was great! One nice addition to this house that we have never had at any other one was a huge ice maker. Saved us many trips up the the convenience store for bags of ice. Also the industrial coffee maker was a great plus! Big TV on the patio allowed us all to watch the Spurs, Astros and soccer games. Roland, the owner, was great!! He immediately responded to all my questions and concerns.We have already discussed coming back next year!

Everything was as advertised, so there were no unexpected surprises. We had plenty of room for our family group of 20. The outdoor area is wonderful with huge TV, bar, fridge, seating, ICE MACHINE , ping pong, pool, hot tub, play set for kids, games, etc. We decided to immediately book for next year! Thanks, Roland!
