This fantastic one-bedroom one-bathroom suite offers the best of Big Island living! Enjoy a large private bedroom, completely furnished with a dresser and mirror, King bed, and two side tables. The bedroom leads out to the covered, furnished lanai, which has excellent verdant fairway views. The lanai is also equipped with a wet bar, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living area, which also has access to the lanai, has comfy seating, a television, and island-style décor. The kitchen area has nature-inspired patterned wallpaper, a tiled backsplash, full-size appliances, and a breakfast nook—perfect for preparing your own gourmet meals! Other amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, high-speed Internet, and ceiling fans in every room. Air conditioning is available upon request for an extra fee.

Not what we expected

We rented a condo so we would be able to cook food and save some money but after seeing the condition of the cabinets and drawers we were immediately turned off ! The pots and pans old. Knifes not sharp. Dishwasher full of rust . Bed was worn out and leaning. Wouldn’t recommend staying in this unit

Having three pools on the property is nice. Most times I was the only person at the pool. The ice maker quit but I wiggled it a bit and it started back up. I only saw 2 bugs inside the unit while I was there. The vertical blinds in the bedroom needed fixing and maintenance left me a note that they needed replacing but this was not done while I was there. Overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. The complex does not have a competent recycling system with conflicting directions in the trash areas and small receptacles for recycling with signs saying “leave nothing on the ground”.

Not particularly clean

We had an issue as soon as we arrived. We saw a huge cockroach roaming around. It did put a damper on our stay. We found some dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets too. We also found the place a little dirty. The carpet was super stained. The entire place is very dated and did not feel well kempt.
