BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Nice place to stay! Great location! Although I would advise to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it is faster that way. Host had great communication when we had questions!

We had a great time. Beach was easily accessible. Condos kitchen was well stocked and it was clean. My only compliant was the furniture in the living room was well used and uncomfortable. Otherwise we left sun kissed and very happy.
Worked great for beach stay for family of 4. Love how close it is to the beach and short drive to shopping.

The location is great. We enjoyed being close to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails and a beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony. The building is quite old and the hallways and elevators need some care. The furniture in the condo was old and the sofa and chairs were quite dirty and uncomfortable. The primary shower tile looked dirty and mold grew on the shower curtain. The unit had a very musty odor. The fire detector would go off every time we made toast. The keurig side of the coffee maker didn't work and Beachball was very prompt at replacing it.
