We had a wonderful stay! Condo is very clean, organized and cozy. It has everything you need. Dane is very nice and easy to communicate with. We hope to return soon. Thank you!
Dane was great. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Dane checked in with us to make sure thing were okay whoch was nice. We couldnt have asked for a better host. The condo had everything you needed and more. Nice little place. We had a great time. Kayaked at Lake Utica and Spicer. Beautiful. We will definitely be calling Dane again to book this charming condo.
Overall was very impressed with the housing. My son was also impressed. compared to the recent Tahoe experience, It was much smaller and more rustic, but not being much of a Vrbo user. I felt it was adequate. I liked that the owner or property manager contacted me when I needed him
My wife & I spent 5 pleasant nights in Bear Valley, CA. We were there for the Bear Valley Summer Music Festival. The condo was very comfortable for the 2 of us. It was described as a loft which I knew meant that the sleeping area was up 1/2 flight from the main level. What I learned was that the condo is over a garage which meant that it was up 3 sets of 4 steps each. My wife was a trooper. The area is beautiful and relaxing. We had a great stay.
Bear Valley lofts are all fairly old, but the owners have fixed the place up to be very nice, including several nice pieces or art. The chairs, couch and beds were all comfortable. The location is good. Close to the Lodge, the grocery store, and the Arts of Bear Valley Summer art show that runs during the Bear Valley Music Festival in July.
