The VRBO is clean, well-located, and large enough to comfortably fit two people. The check-in process was smooth and the unit had pretty much anything we needed for the stay. I would definitely stay again!

Weekend golf trip

We had a great stay for a quick guys weekend golf trip. Loved the location that allowed us to walk to everything in downtown Southern Pines. Would def stay again.

Perfect Downtown Stay

The perfect spot for our downtown stay. Easy, short walking distance to everything downtown! The unit was laid out very well and beautifully upgraded with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely beautiful property! Maneuvering in the driveway was a bit tricky, but great to have off-street parking!

Beautiful newly renovated property. Walking distance to good restaurants, train station and shops. This unit is upstairs so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed Southern Pines, The Slate at The Shire is extremely convenient to walk to town, our car stayed parked the entire time. We came to visit Casino Guitars and wound up enjoying everything the town had to offer. The apartment is very clean and perfect for us. We enjoyed all the modern amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
