Great home and location. Very clean, comfortable, modern, and convenient. Worked great for our small family (3 people). Fenced in yard was great for our pups. I would say the only issue is that it had limited inventory of kitchenware (especially if you are more than a few people) and no beach umbrellas were made available. We ended up utilizing a local beach butler service as it was too inconvenient to go into Newport to rent beach umbrellas, as was recommended by the host. However, overall, these are small issues- I would definitely recommend renting this home to explore the Newport area if you are a small group.

Short but sweet stay

House was so cute and clean. Plenty of room for our two families of 4. Kitchen was beautiful. We didn’t have a coffee maker and next thing we know one was delivered to the house. Such a cute neighborhood with bunnies all over the lawn. Would definitely stay here again!

Great farmhouse not far from the beach

The house was clean, with high ceilings and lots of charm but also many modern updates. It was well laid out and had 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which suited our family well. It was about a 15 minute drive to the beach, which was pretty and family friendly. The house had a very nice yard and a great outdoor deck for dining and was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything worked perfectly and everything went smoothly. Excellent stay!

Nice property.

Very nice and spacious house. 15 minutes to downtown Newport. Advertised as a having 3 showers, only had 2. There were only 6 of us, if there were 8, would have been more of an issue. For the most part, would recommend this property.
