Summary:

Our home is an original farmhouse renovated to enjoy modern living with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on our large front porch, a spacious kitchen, open living space and rustic charm. 15 minute drive to Newport and many beaches. The back yard is private with a large deck, grill, and outdoor seating. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood! First floor has large central air conditioning unit and bedrooms have window AC. Full size washer and dryer.

Short but sweet stay

House was so cute and clean. Plenty of room for our two families of 4. Kitchen was beautiful. We didn’t have a coffee maker and next thing we know one was delivered to the house. Such a cute neighborhood with bunnies all over the lawn. Would definitely stay here again!

Great farmhouse not far from the beach

The house was clean, with high ceilings and lots of charm but also many modern updates. It was well laid out and had 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which suited our family well. It was about a 15 minute drive to the beach, which was pretty and family friendly. The house had a very nice yard and a great outdoor deck for dining and was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything worked perfectly and everything went smoothly. Excellent stay!

Nice property.

Very nice and spacious house. 15 minutes to downtown Newport. Advertised as a having 3 showers, only had 2. There were only 6 of us, if there were 8, would have been more of an issue.For the most part, would recommend this property.
