True to description. We enjoyed the dock for fishing and the fenced-in area for the dog. Some cleanliness issues. But stocked dishes, towels & linens. Overall ok experience.

The property was beautiful at end of shallow cove. It was soul refreshing to go out on deck with morning coffee. The cabin was older but you could tell they put alot of hard work into it. It was nice.cute decor.Amber was quick to respond to questions It was super clean.Was pet friendly. Great location close to south cove park and Clemson. The dock was great to cast a line. It had a dog friendly fenced area. Groceries nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. Was as pictures showed.

If you only are looking for a place to sleep and shower, this could be the place for you. If you are looking enjoy your stay, I would continue to search for a nicer place. This house has potential to be so much more! Decor is mediocre at best and most of the house needs some serious TLC. From the exterior to the interior, some attention and remodeling would do this house wonders. It is on a cute lakeside cove, and the view is beautiful at night. The kitchen is ill equipped to say the least. I have never stayed in a VRBO or equivalent that did not have any baking dished, sheet pans, or even a complete set of dishes. The AC did not work well and after looking at the filter, we are not certain that it has been replaced all year. The fridge did not get cold and leaked on the floor. When speaking with the property manager, Karen, she said they are aware and working on replacing it - however, we were not notified at any point. The ceiling fan in the kitchen has an electrical short, which was a little scary. There was no check out instructions to be found in the house, so we were left to guess. Grass had not been mowed and even worse, pretty sure there are fleas inside the home. The grill shouldn't even be listed on the listing because it's pitiful. The cabinet under the sink is completely rotten out and has been covered with a piece of outdoor carpet. When making our reservations, the adorable photos are what lead us to rent but unfortunately, we will never stay again.

Location was great for Clemson football games. Property manager was very responsive to communication. We ate at Paesano’s and Vangeli’s which were fabulous. Grocery store is right around the corner.

Perfect stay for Clemson visitors

The property was perfect for four adults to stay at for a Clemson game. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful on the water. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. It had all basic essentials needed such as cooking spray, foil, coffee filters, garbage bags, and seasonings. The tv also had a Roku. The shower appeared to be recently renovated and it was really nice. It included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We did have to get more toilet paper, paper towels, and bug spray while we were staying there so I would recommend keeping that in mind for packing. Publix was 0.4 miles away which was very convenient for whatever we needed. There was also a fire pit that we didn’t use but great option if we needed it. Renters would need to supply their own firewood but that is easy to get at nearby stores. We did not bring our dog, but the property seemed great for dogs as well it had a small fenced in grassy area. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The checkin was extremely easy to find as well which we appreciated.
