This end unit Townhome is located in the gated community of Barrier Dunes. See bottom below.

You will have access to two pools (including the gulf front pool), tennis courts and playground.

This quiet little community is located across from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short drive from Port St. Joe and Apalachicola where you will find wonderful shopping and dining districts.

The beach is a two minute walk, where you will find the clubhouse, seaside pool and the cool white sand beaches that are unique and not overly populated.

At the St. Joseph State Park, one can enjoy wildlife, hiking, biking, or water activities-it even hosts a marina to launch a boat.

If you are looking to golf, the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club is just minutes away.

The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you will need for your vacation, from dishwasher to ice maker!

There are two wireless handheld phones with free long distance service and cable with free WiFi.

A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, and the living room has a assortment of movies, books and puzzles.

Outside, this townhouse sports 2 balconies, and a deck with a gas grill, table and seating.

The condo was just as promised and was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. The outdoor shower was amazing when coming in from the beach. The location was close to the pools and pickle ball courts as well as to the boardwalk to get to the beach. We hit the beach and pool every day. The gated community felt extremely safe and the residents were great to talk to at the beach. Blake had the perfect level of communication with us during our stay!

Perfect Vacation

Me and my husband and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. This property is SUPER pet friendly and we LOVED that and so did our babies. The walk to the beach is not far at all which is awesome. We will definitely be returning!

OK place-beach a disappointment

The unit was OK but the beach water was very murky and brown. Sandy was white and pretty but water was clarity and color were a disappointment Was not expecting that. If you are looking for clear water Cape San Blass is not going to be the place to find it -at least in May If you want solitude and peace this is the place.

Beautiful, well maintained gated property. Everything was just as described. Very nice condo with everything you would ever need. Short walk to a beautiful beach with awesome sunsets. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

Perfect little getaway

This rental was perfect for what we needed. Good location, comfortable beds, great amenities. Blake was easy to get ahold of if needed. I loved being so close to the state park and the beach... and 2 pools nearby

Great home close to the Beach

The property was clean. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The home had plenty of beach chairs. The communication with the property manager was great. I highly recommend this Town home.

Close to the beach!

Our stay was lovely, and the property was as described. Very close to the beach, and the grounds were well maintained. The floors in the condo were not as clean as I prefer, and we wish there were more towels for our stay, but all other aspects of the visit were very pleasant.
