Great location for our event... very close to the airport. Plenty of bedrooms for our guests, and the outdoor space was very nice to hang out in the Phoenix weather. Walking distance to some delicious restaurants for lunch. Thanks!

Very accommodating! There are very nice touches to make it a very homey stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for those looking to have access to downtown.

The outdoor spaces were great for gathering. We had several small issues which we addressed directly. One caution - if you want to be near the airport, expect planes flying over.

Soccer Stay

We were in town for a large soccer event, and we had a few parents stay at this home. The location and property were perfect for what we needed. The property manager was accommodating and easy responsive to communication.

Stay in Tempe

We were in town for a curling tournament and this house was very conveniently located near the club and the airport. The house stayed comfortable despite some high outside temperatures, which is all you can ask for in June. Before using the hot tub you should check the levels for the various chemicals with the provided strips as it was well out of range when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great.

Great property, terrific communication

This was the perfect property for our stay in Tempe. Enough room for my family (me, husband, two teen daughters), and my brother's (brother, partner, two grown sons) to comfortably hang out and even cook together. The owners have anticipated guests' needs extremely well - great amenities, and we didn't need to supply anything (even shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Communications with owners were great; they got back to us very quickly with all of our questions and had a local representative to take care of anything we needed. They even sent someone out to take a look at the hot tub! Very highly recommend the property. Thank you!

Spacious stay-cation

Property and rooms were very clean. Broken drawers and towel racks need to be fixed. Keyless entry did not work and the lock is loose. Toilet in guest bathroom needs to be anchored down. TV kept freezing on us. Plenty of rooms and spacious for large groups. We were in town for graduation ceremonies in Tempe. Perfect location close to ASU and the Phoenix airport. We enjoyed our stay but property needs some TLC.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. There were a few minor issues such as a missing knob on the stove, the back sliding glass door did not lock, but there was a large stick to keep the door from being open, the bottom drawer in the refrigerator was broken, the water pressure in the showers was minimal, and some items in the house need some updating. The house is clean, but there are some fixtures that are older and well used.The air conditioner kept the house cool and that was a blessing. The neighborhood where the home is located is quiet and safe. It is close to the Phoenix sky Harbor Airport, but we never heard the noise of the airplanes. The grand welcome agency was fairly responsive and easy to communicate with. We had 8 people in the home and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Tempe and are thankful for the accommodations.

Ok place to stay…

At first glance the neighborhood was questionable. There was a hair ball in living room when we walked in, urine on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The back door didn’t lock so you have to use a dowel to make sure no one breaks in. 4 windows were unlocked. Couldn’t do laundry since the dryer didn’t work. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad house. Won’t return.

This property suited my needs beautifully. Its location is minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, Fry's grocery store, Walmarts, hospitals, and a plethora of fun places for adults, for children, and for families to enjoy. The large corner lot with a fenced backyard adorned with lush, cool, artificial turf, and a covered, floored, furnished patio was our favorite hangout when "home." The home itself is spacious, climate controlled, comfortable and secure. My three year old and six year old granddaughters loved running relay races on the turf outside and up and down the hall inside. I loved them being able to play and to audibley express their joy inside without disturbing neighbors. In short, it was the perfect home in the perfect location for my daughter, granddaughters, and myself. I'm hoping it's available the next time we visit Tempe and surrounding areas.
