I loved this place so much I have already planned to book same for next year! The house is stunningly beautiful inside and the backyard!! It feels like a private resort! You are provided with plenty of cooking tools and plenty of towels, Pluses included: bait freezer, washer dryer and yard big enough to keep trailer.

My husband and I had a GREAT two weeks at Southern Comfort 2!!! Because the weather wasn’t the best for diving (very windy), we spent a fair amount of time at the house, especially in the pool and under the tiki hut! We had the opportunity to meet the property owners, Patti and Warren- both are extremely nice, friendly, and helpful!! Highly recommend Southern Comfort…in fact we have already booked again for next year!

Gorgeous house on the most peaceful canal!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals in. King bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens! We brought our own boat and used the ramp in the neighborhood- fairly easy process. Took a boat ride up and down the canals and we were convinced that where we were staying was one of the nicer properties around!! Went kayaking, fishing off the dock; fed the pelicans, saw a manatee and sting ray in the canal. The island Fish Co. was a very short drive away and was so good we went twice! Plenty of grocery, convenience stores, boutiques in the area and a Bealls and Dollar Tree 5 minutes away. Adorable house, great location, plenty of amenities….. hoping to book both duplexes with family again next year!!!

First rental we've had in years that didn't have an AC issue. So that was a win! House was exactly as advertised. Everything was in much better condition than most rentals we've been in. Bang-for-your-buck, probably the best rental in KKB. We will definitely go back. Just a note (not a knock), the dock pilings are a little rough. So if you bring your boat, be sure to bring fenders that will strap flat to a piling.

After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—truly a little slice of paradise The dock and entire outdoor space were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The house was well equipped and had everything we could ever need, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.The neighborhood had such a quaint charm, and the sunsets at the beach were unforgettable. Beautiful house! We had a wonderful vacation staying here. Exactly as pictured. It’s furnished with everything you need. Even beach chairs. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The pool/patio is so nice. We loved walking down to sunset beach in the evenings. Only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable so beware if you have a bad back. Other than that the house is perfect.

From the moment you enter it has a very relaxed vibe . From being immaculately clean, comfortable and not to say the totally paradise back yard with an amazing pool! Convenient boat docking too! Right outside your door! And totally enjoyed the kayaks too! Patti is phenomenally great to deal with, quick responses and eager to meet your needs! I highly recommend Souther Comfort at KCB!
