Mgr was except. Property was poor condition with dirty rugs falling apart, unusable pots and pans, all dishes and tableware required cleaning, holes in screens, stove required complete top disassembling and cleaning. Toilet wouldn't flush without plunging each use. Mgr provided replacement pots and pans and replaced Toilet. We were offered refund for unused days but without alternate accommodation available we were stuck.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide a great stay for our guests. Unfortunately, this guest was extremely difficult to satisfy despite our immediate efforts to address their concerns. To clarify, the rugs were clean but slightly worn on the non-slip backing due to frequent washing. The pots and pans were in usable condition, but we replaced them with a brand-new set right away. We also promptly replaced the toilet and offered a refund for the unused nights, though the guest chose to remain. Everything mentioned has since been fully taken care of, and the property is in excellent condition. We’ve hosted many happy guests before and since this stay, and we’ll continue providing the clean, comfortable experience we’re known for. Mike the Manager

This property was very nice to stay at. Very clean place. They had all the little things you needed in a home from folding chairs to take on the beach to coloring books for the kids. There was a nice doggy run for our dogs. They provided a nice little welcome snack basket and included doggie treats for our dogs. It was nicely located by all the main places. The host, Mike was very quick to respond to all communications and questions we had. We would be very happy to stay there again.
