This cabin has the best location. It was so nice to get to Cades Cove early in the morning before the crowds. I definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Manna! The main issue I had was that as soon as I first opened the door the whole cabin smelled like human urine. I purchased air fresheners to try to hide the odor. I think the odor may have come from the loft area...One suggestion that I have would be to add under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. The current lighting is poor for the kitchen area, and also the current lighting seems harsh. Maybe also add some soft, warm lighting touches.Thank you!

1- no cell service once you arrive at the camp ground…located near the cabin. I had to drive back into town…to get better directions. They said they could stay on the phone with me…well nope! That wouldn’t work. Since I didn’t have cell service there. Once I arrived it was not as private as I believed. The cabin had a bad smell inside. Was able to get WiFi there. There were no shade on the windows…except for the one in the bathroom. However that shade would allow people to see into the bathroom...at certain angles since there was a road and hiking trails on that side of the cabin. Yes you can see the water…and the road right there. Where you hear a fair amount of noise from the road. Will not stay there again…nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The entire cabin was clean and in the perfect location! My dog and I had anazing week watching the Little River out our window and taking strolls on the beautiful, peaceful property! I even saw a bald eagle fly past the window one afternoon.

Maintenance was scheduled during our stay. Two workers were in our cabin when we were away. We came back and found them working inside the cabin. We were not aware that anyone would be in our cabin. They then went on the roof and began fixing openings where they said animals had been getting into the ceiling. What ever they used on the repair caused fumes in the cabin.

Overall great stay and very cozy. Friendly hosts and people all around. Location is perfect for exploring areas near ie gatlinburg etc, no more the a 35 min drive, all necessities are within 5-10 min drive. -Cabin clean and maintained well.-Stocked kitchen appliances was a great touch-Space heater was very useful-Hot tube was clean, hot and ready to go on a nice cool night-Quiet area made it a relaxing peaceful stay-Hosts were great communicators, understanding and helpful

Great place!

Perfect to be *close* to the hustle and bustle of the Smokies, while getting the actual peacefulness of the area. The property is exactly as is described, if not better! We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing Stay

The views from the back patio and reading area are great! Even outside near the fire pit it’s a good spot to just hang out. The communication with the host was excellent! They are very attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was as great as it could be. It’s in a nice spot from the local town, close to small grocery store and other outdoor adventures. Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful cabin and the VIEW!!

Amazing View off the back deck & sunroom!I would suggest to anyone wanting to stay here that you stay more than one night due to the fact that the hot tub cannot get to temp in one day. The host was great and did give us a small refund since we weren’t able to use the hot tub.

A real gem on the river. The host was amazing and quickly responded to my questions. We truly loved this peaceful cabin surrounded by trees. Nature abounded: bears, eagles, otter playing in the river, kingfisher hunting, geese flying in formation above the water, truly a nature lovers destination! The sunroom was a favorite for coffee in the am, wine in the evening, chatting or reading or simply watching the flow of the river. Cabin is well stocked and nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple. Townsend is a place to unwind, stroll, hike, and don’t forget the brewery, distillery and the good food. We will return and stay here again! Thanks Justin for being such a wonderful host ! Valerie

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful setting. The check-in process was not ideal as we had to contact the host for details at check-in time. They required ID and names of guests, which we were not made aware of before that call. They sent the info immediately. The cabin was clean, neat and cozy. Beautiful setting nestled in the woods with a large creek below the cabin was peaceful. Recommend this cabin!
