Summary:
It's the best of both worlds, located within minutes of Austin and The Hill Country. Enjoy a getaway for two in this cozy studio apartment fit for 2.

The Space:
Upon entry, you will be greeted with an open floor plan studio. The living room features a sofa and Smart TV. Around the corner is the kitchenette stocked with a coffee maker, appliances and a dining room table set for 4. Enjoy the natural lighting throughout.

Alongside the bedroom features a nice workstation.

The apartment sleeps up to two guests with a Queen bed in a cute little nook.

There is a full size bathroom with a stand up shower.

Parking includes 1 designated spot on the far left of the driveway.

Heritage Oaks is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located off of 290W. Check out the wineries, brew pubs, distilleries, and boutiques. Or travel a quick 15-20 minutes to Hamilton Pool Preserve, and Reimers Ranch Park, where you can rock climb, or take on the mountain biking trails. Plus, you’re less than a half hour from Downtown Austin.

THINGS TO NOTE:
There are two cameras attached to the property - one Ring doorbell camera facing the entrance of the main home (not on the guest home entrance), and a separate Ring doorbell that faces the left side of the driveway. These cameras record video for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Love this place!

This is a great neighborhood. The apartment is well-furnished, clean, and private. The location is convenient to both Austin and Dripping Springs. I've stayed here multiple times, and it works perfectly for my semi-annual business trip to the area.

Quiet getaway

A great little property, quiet and clean. Much larger and nicer than a hotel and not any more expensive. The view out the back window was perfect to watch the sunset. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay here. Excellent communication from the property management provided us with extra sheets and other items as soon as we asked, even leaving a small gift bag with the items. They checked to see when we would be out so they could deliver without interruption to our schedule. The bed was comfy and the couch is large enough to sleep a large person. The location is perfect for our activities, ie, wine tastings and excellent restaurants with family close by.

Nice quiet location - well appointed room and it’s quite comfortable - the neighborhood deer were a pleasant surprise The staircase’s railing needs sanding - my wife got a splinter from it The WiFi password contains a trick “!” that looks like an “i”, which prompted a call for help The TV itself is quite good but it is streaming only, no cable, so I had to find a sports bar to watch NFL games The microwave oven is placed on a high shelf, making it difficult to use Checkout process was easy, but there are several versions that differ and it’s confusing to be instructed to put the dishes in the dishwasher, which the property doesn’t have Printed matter has words to the effect of “if you can’t give a five star rating, call customer service”, which is coercive, an attempt to bias the ratings - a phone call to a remote customer service representative would not be able to address those rough edges during our stay
