There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large primary bedroom w/ elegant free standing tub, separate shower and double sinks, 2 car garage including ELECTRIC VEHICLE CONNECTION (Fee applies), full-size washer/dryer, Queen size bed in guest suite and office if you need to work from home. Short ride to Sanibel beaches, Ft Myers beach and downtown Ft Myers. Amenities include, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball and clubhouse ! Any lease term less than 6 months is subject to tax, no exceptions. High season rate $5,000 a month, Slow season rate $2,500 a month, Pls tax, and cleaning fee

This was by far the best VRBO we have had the pleasure of staying in. House was beautiful and had everything you could need. The best equipped kitchen! House was spotless and primary room bed super comfy. Great location for our needs. Host responsive and helpful! Hope we can stay again when we are back in the Ft Myers area. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 month. I would recommend this to my family and friends anytime. Very nicely decorated. The home is recently remodeled and the layout is perfect. The community is very friendly and there are many places nearby to hit the beach or catch dinner and drinks. Otherwise the kitchen has everything you would need to stay put and lounge. Communication with the host Rich was easy. They repeatedly reached out to check on our stay which is invaluable. As a host ourselves I can saw without reservation this place is a fantastic find. Cheers!
